in the registry go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\internet explorer\Main
search for a value with the name of "Window Title", if there, change it's value to whatever title you like
if NOT THERE, add a new String value (right click Main) : (value name=[window title], value="whatever you want", type=reg_sz)
