These must be followed with no exceptions.
1. You can only nominate your own video. Meaning the video was edited and created by you.
2. NO CLIP STEALING! This will not be tolerated. If it is discovered that you stole clips (meaning you clipped somebody elses music video for use of that clip in your own MV) you will be disqualified from the round and from all future rounds.
3. Only 20 nominations per round. This number is subject to change with time (aka increase). If I have 23 nominations in my box and close the nominations, the last three will carry over to start us with our next round.
4. No pornography is allowed. Neither is nudity.
5. Explicit song lyrics are allowed. No warning is necessary.
6. You may enter up to two videos per round.
7. Categories are most likely going to change per round so please look at those before you submit a video.
8. You may enter one video into as many categories as you choose.
9. These rules are subject to change between rounds.
10. Once your video wins you CANNOT nominate it again.
12. You can send me your videos through yousendit, your regular website, 4shared, or any other sending site. If I have a problem downloading it I will let you know. Please don't send them to me on putfile. Thanks!
13. Streaming Video is not allowed. I need to be able to download it to my computer. This means no putfile, no youtube, etc.
14. Videos must be 30MB or below. If there is a problem, please e-mail me or leave a message on the tagboard and we'll see what we can do.
15. You must provide me with a valid e-mail address. If I have a problem downloading your video I need to be able to contact you. We all have one, and I won't share it with anyone, I promise.

17. Where it says suggestions? please type summer vacation, so I know you read the rules. Any nomination without this will not be included in the round and you not recieve a notification e-mail. This "code word" is also subject to change between rounds, so please double check before you nominate.
