This winery, which at present is known as "SEŅORIO DE ARANA, S.A." was founded in 1905; Since then, our greatest concern has bee taking care of the quality of our wines, and the thorough cultivation of our vineyards.

| Fermentation take place in casks, and once this is finished, the wines are racked several times by the natural force of gravity. After this, the wine is kept in Bordeaux oak barrels, where the ageing process takes place for a period of between one and three years. Subsequently, the wines are bottled, which is where they finish their equilibration process. |
